As a female leader, and someone who has been heavily involved with MACH Alliance's positioning and branding, I believe it is crucial for MACH to be ahead of the curve when it comes to equity for women. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it also leads to an increase in the quality of people wanting to come into MACH companies.

I had the absolute pleasure of co-founding the Women in MACH Global initiative, leading 100 women who know what they are talking about to co-write the Global Manifesto for Gender Equality and facilitating this wonderful panel of experts in NYC last week with a diverse group of women in the tech industry - Claudia Ditri, Kelly Brennan, Sarah Falcon and Meghan Stabler, who shared their experiences and insights on the topic of equity for women in the MACH category.

The main message this panel makes, is the importance to recognize that biases exist, and they are not intentional but actions are still 100% people's responsibility. There are some 'innocent' and painful examples in here.
